How to Use This Site

Hello and welcome! I’m so stoked you are here. Everything on this site is made with a lot of love and attention for people just like you – the carers, the mothers, the pappas, the grandparents, the soulful humans making ethical choices.

Every day I’m making improvements and writing more articles from a small home office (spoiler alert: it’s a desk under the stairs). Admittedly it’s only for five minutes at a time while my coffee goes cold and the kids are distracted, but hey… we do what we can right?

Here are a few ways to get the most out of this website.

Search :: You can start by searching for something you’re interested in. Just click on the magnifying glass symbol in the far top right of the screen and then type what you are looking for into the search bar. One or two words is best. Something like ‘recipe’, ‘sleep’, or ‘breastfeeding’ for example works well.

Travel :: Feel the need to do some armchair adventuring? Then go here and have yourself an almost-holiday whilst gaining inspiration for your next trip.
